Journey Within Tour Stops at Vancouver Convention Centre – October 18, 2025
Vancouver, B.C., September 23, 2025 – For the first time in nearly a decade, Vancouverites will have the rare opportunity to interact with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the global meditation master and breathwork pioneer recognized for his humanitarian work and conflict resolution efforts around the world.
On October 18, 2025, Gurudev will bring his Journey Within Tour to the Vancouver Convention Centre, celebrating the BC launch of his latest Wall Street Journal and Amazon bestselling book, Notes for the Journey Within: Essentials of the Art of Living.
An Evening of Transformation and Inner Peace
Known for his warmth, humour, and ability to simplify life’s most complex questions, Gurudev will share insights on the Journey Within. He will offer attendees a powerful path to navigate modern life, better manage stress, unlock limitless peace and profound connection with others. The upcoming Vancouver talk and guided meditation mark Gurudev’s first BC visit since he conducted a wellness program in Victoria in 2018.
“This evening is about more than meditation,” says Spencer Delisle, President of Art of Living Canada, the non-profit organization founded by Gurudev in 1981. “It’s an opportunity for Vancouver to come together, slow down, and find inner calm in a world that feels increasingly hectic.”
The Vancouver event will feature:
