This exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner unites two visionary South Asian trailblazers:
- Chef Vikram Vij, celebrated for redefining modern Indian cuisine with warmth and creativity.
- Manpreet Dhaliwal, Canada’s first and only South Asian female winemaker,whose groundbreaking vintages at Kismet Estate Winery are already garnering national acclaim—including a coveted Double Gold for her Pinot Grigio.
The Evening Includes:
- Welcome Reception (6:00–6:30 PM): Begin the evening with Kismet’s sparkling wine paired perfectly with Chef Vikram’s signature Masala Spring Rolls.
- Five-Course Dinner with Kismet Wine Pairings:
- First Course: Cauliflower Pakoras in Mustard Seed & Yogurt Curry
- Second Course: Albacore Tuna & Beet Salad
- Third Course: Chicken Schnitzel with Butter Chicken Sauce
