At 24, Anjali Dhaliwal has built companies, scaled communities, and navigated venture-backed entrepreneurship. One lesson has shaped everything she does: The most challenging part of building an excellent company is not always creating something people need. It is about finding the right people at the right time.
That insight is now driving her most ambitious company yet: Gelee AI.
Gelee is building the next generation of outbound sales technology. It helps companies find potential customers, understand when they are ready to buy, and automatically start meaningful conversations. In simple terms, Gelee helps businesses discover their next customers without relying on the slow, manual process that has defined sales for decades.

The company was born from Dhaliwal’s own experience as a founder. While building previous startups, she repeatedly saw the same challenge: founders could create exceptional products, but finding and reaching the right buyers was often the biggest barrier to growth.
Sales teams traditionally spend countless hours researching prospects, writing outreach messages, and determining who might actually be interested. Dhaliwal saw an opportunity to rebuild that process from the ground up with artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence in Gelee’s technology plays a crucial role by analyzing vast amounts of data to identify potential leads more efficiently. It leverages machine learning algorithms to predict which prospects are most likely to convert, thus optimizing the sales process. Additionally, AI enables Gelee to personalize outreach, ensuring that communication resonates with each prospect at the right moment.
“Finding prospects is no longer the most challenging part,” Dhaliwal says. “The real challenge is understanding who has a reason to buy right now and reaching them at the exact moment they need you.”
That became the foundation for Gelee.

Often described as the Instantly for LinkedIn outbound, Gelee uses AI agents to identify high-intent buyers, personalize outreach, and turn conversations into measurable business opportunities. Starting with LinkedIn as its first platform, the company is turning a key business channel into a scalable growth engine.
The opportunity is enormous. Every company, from early-stage startups to established enterprises, must overcome one fundamental challenge: finding customers. As artificial intelligence reshapes how businesses operate, Dhaliwal believes that sales is one of the industries most ready for reinvention. Gelee AI’s approach ensures that businesses can connect with high-intent buyers at the exact moment they’re ready to engage, maximizing efficiency and impact in the sales process. Within its first year, Gelee generated millions of dollars in customer pipeline. One customer generated $50,000 in monthly recurring revenue from Gelee’s pipeline; another founder is their lead investor in a $10M round.
But this is not Dhaliwal’s first time building from scratch.
Her entrepreneurial journey began at 16, when she founded Youth Helping Youth, a nonprofit focused on connecting young people with mentorship and opportunities. That same instinct, connecting people to the resources they need to succeed, has followed her throughout her career.
This experience shaped her belief that access and opportunity are often determined by whom you can reach and whom you can find. Dhaliwal employs targeted networking and strategic partnerships to connect individuals with valuable resources. She leverages data-driven insights to identify gaps and opportunities, facilitating introductions that align with personal and professional goals. Additionally, she implements mentorship programs that pair experienced professionals with those seeking guidance, creating a supportive ecosystem for growth and development.
Gelee is her attempt to solve that problem at a global scale. Despite its innovative approach, Gelee may face several challenges in achieving its goals. Artificial intelligence is not a replacement for human connections but a tool that makes it easier to create meaningful relationships. Her vision is for a future in which companies no longer need large sales teams to search for opportunities. Instead, intelligent systems can help businesses identify existing opportunities and create connections that benefit both sides.
For Dhaliwal, her mission remains consistent across every company she has built: closing the gap between people and opportunities.
With Gelee, she is applying that mission to one of the largest markets in the business.
The next generation of companies will not just win because they build better products. They will win because they find the right customers faster.
And Dhaliwal intends to build technology that helps them do it.
