Trainer, Publicist, Entrepreneur and now Author, Pooja Valeja is all set to launch her very first fiction, ‘A Flight to Catch: A Tale of Unspoken Words’. A book that interestingly portrays various moulds of a relationship through a seamless story line. It explains the nuances and the delicate feelings of a transcending relationship from being acquaintances, to the closest of friends, to lovers and eventually with a twist in the tail.
Inspired by her personal life experiences, the tale encompasses various characters and a journey, they embarked upon. The lead characters Pritz and Patel travel to Canada with their own motives and the situations they encounter make them fall in love with each other. The story is relatable and each one who reads it, would have some or the other incident in their lives, similar to it. Human emotions and the dilemma between moving forward and stepping back, have been synthesised in various parts of the story. Can ‘Love’ be replaced by ‘Hatred’ or ‘Silence’ by ‘Words’, tend to raise an eyebrow. While the characters are pieces of fiction, the scenic beauty of Whistler and Niagara are truly heart touching.
The gripping storyline, though has intense questions rising in every chapter on the functionality of the mind and its decision making, it invariably keeps the mood light with the character and their naughtiness. A mix of comedy, suspense, humour and romance is sure to keep you hooked right up till the end. In fact, the turning point at the conclusion, could leave each one with a question or a thought.
Speaking about the book, Pooja Valeja, shares, “It’s a blend of drama and comedy with a pinch of suspense and aromas of romance, immerging from my personal experiences. At some stage in life, most of us go through difficult times of taking decisions. Well sometimes we tend to make things more complicated than they really are and tagging it as ‘It’s Complicated’ looks like an easier option. The fictional characters weave emotions through various instances and they are sure to make you fall in love them.”
