Rimpy Hothi loves helping people in their Real Estate journey. Whether buying their dream home or selling their property to embark on the next destination in their life, she’s there to help. She has been among the top 1% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver. And she has been a member of the Medallion Club for over 14 years.
Rimpy grew up in Richmond and went to Sauder School of Business at UBC. Her mother, her biggest motivator, single- handedly brought up Rimpy and her siblings.
Married to her teenage sweetheart Vic, Rimpy is a proud mom of three boys aged 18, 13, and 7 and has a puppy named Elio.
Rimpy loved sales and, early in her career, did well at every job she endeavored. She believes sales is in her blood, so the transition to Real Estate was a natural choice of profession. She got her license in 2008 and, over the years, has built a solid reputation as a Top 1% Realtor in the Greater Vancouver region. In the real estate market, Rimpy helps clients purchase and sell presale condos, single-family homes, luxury homes, commercial real estate, and other investments. Just in 2021, Rimpy sold over 270 homes.
“I believe in creating experiences in peoples’ real estate journeys,” says Rimpy. Buying or selling a home should be a time of celebrating a milestone in one’s life.”
For the past 14 years, Rimpy has helped many families find homes and solutions to their real estate needs. She gets immense satisfaction in helping first-time home buyers enter the Real Estate market. This reminds her of her experience while making her first Real Estate purchase. Rimpy has helped many of her clients grow their investment portfolios and improve their lifestyles.
While her future goals include business and investment expansion, she also wants to travel more with her family. Spending time with her family brings Rimpy the utmost joy! At the same time, Rimpy likes to maintain a balance between work life and family.
When asked about her inspiration, Rimpy quotes her mom, “Always remain positive, no matter what happens in life. A positive mindset will bring positive results.” Her success in the Real Estate world is a testament to that belief, and she hopes to inspire other entrepreneurs, especially the youth, along her journey.
