Jas Sandhu is a well-known name in Real Estate; he’s been working in this field since 2010. After seven years of being in this business, he has developed an excellent niche market for himself as many of his clients are repeat customers.
Jas moved to Canada from India in 2003, worked many jobs while still struggling to get his foothold in the country. Now, being the CEO of LandPro Real Estate Group, he has come a long way. He says that “Canada has brought me a windfall of opportunities which I couldn’t have imagined otherwise but I’ve earned my bread and butter.” Jas and his partner Gurvinder Brar specialize in development land and have sold over 250 sites to date. They formed Landpro Real Estate Group in 2016. They have a team of six who continuously work under their supervision and guidance. Jas hopes to develop a broader network of brokers to his side and hopes that he’s able to help them gain more knowledge about this field.
Over the span of his career, Jas has won many awards along with Gurvinder, including the Grand Centurion Award. It is the highest award in Century 21 Brand in 2016, and he has been recognized many times for his achievements. As his team is now growing like his list of clientele, he says that “this is what I’ve always wanted and I am so thankful that I’m able to be good at what I do. I believe in gaining trust and being reliable because people always come first as that to me is of utmost importance. Jas is also a huge sports enthusiast who works out regularly and also believes in the importance of fitness. He also just participated in the Conquer Cancer bike ride to Seattle in support to fight Cancer. Apart from that, he enjoys many sports such as hiking, running marathons, and swimming. He is currently training to complete a triathlon and can always be seen with a book in his hand when not doing one of these. Jas is happily married to his wife Rushpal of nine years and has two children—Jayden, who is eight years old, and Joven, who is six.
