Hot Havana Nights Raises $315,000!

Thanks to our generous donors we raised an incredible $315,000!

We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your invaluable support, raising $315,000 through donations, sponsorship and participation in the fundraising activities at Hot Havana Nights Gala.

What an electrifying evening it was for more than 320 guests who joined us. As the temperature rose during our live auction and fund a need segments, the room was on fire with enthusiasm, all in support of raising funds to expand cardiac care at Langley Memorial Hospital.

The funds raised at the gala for Langley Memorial Hospital’s cardiac care unit, will expand the number of beds and provide advanced equipment to our highly specialized health care teams to help ensure the growing number of cardiac patients seen at Langley receive excellent care.

Your support is helping us secure essential medical equipment, including several pieces purchased at the event. These include an Oximeter, a non-invasive tool to measure oxygen levels in patients young and old, and a Portable Vital Sign monitor for our Pediatrics unit. Your contributions will directly impact the health and well-being of our community, and we are profoundly grateful.

Our thanks goes to our multi-talented Master of Ceremonies, David C. Jones. Under his tutelage ensured that the event came alive with crowd-pleasing line dances. Following the formal program, the beats of Mazacote kept the dance floor sizzling, and a fun Speakeasy afterparty opened its doors, featuring entertaining games of roulette and blackjack.

The evening concluded with our door prize draw, and we are delighted to announce that the high-end Samsung Soundbar and Subwoofer package (Value $2,298) donated by Premier Audio Visual was won by ticket #5548110.
