Dr. Daljit Gill-Badesha is the CEO of the Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of BC (AMSSA), the provincial umbrella organization supporting settlement-serving agencies across British Columbia and Yukon. With more than 30 years in the nonprofit and local government sectors, she brings deep expertise in systems change, cross-sector collaboration, and building healthy communities. Daljit contributes to policy development and social cohesion initiatives, and serves as Chair of BC’s Provincial Child Care Council and advisory member of the province’s inaugural Anti-Racism Data Committee. A long-time Surrey resident, she is committed to advancing equity and community well-being.
