Vancouver, B.C. – Continuing a tradition spanning over 90-years, the PNE has awarded a brand-new Prize Home package to a lucky British Columbian. Tracy Jackson from Delta is the winner of the 2025 PNE Prize Home!
“The PNE Prize Home is a cherished tradition, and presenting the keys to its new owner remains one of the most meaningful moments of the year for our organization,” says Shelley Frost, President and CEO of the PNE. “This year’s home highlights exceptional craftsmanship, innovative technology, and top-quality BC building materials. We are thrilled to congratulate Tracy, the proud new owner of this stunning Langley home.”

The 2025 PNE Prize Home built by Miracon Developments showcases exquisite architectural craftsmanship and artisanal interior design by Brown & Co. Valued at 2.50 million dollars, the home is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, energy efficient with the support of BC Hydro, with smart technology supplied by Samsung, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the 2-car garage. The expansive floor plan boasts 3292 square feet of crafted living spaces over three levels, including 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a library, whiskey tasting room, and a legal 2-bedroom basement suite.

This year, 539,350 Prize Home tickets were sold, with proceeds from the lottery supporting a variety of non-profit programs at the PNE, including agriculture, community, educational incentives, arts, and a large number of other local programs.
