For Chef Lucky Dhillon, his life-long love affair with food turned into a full blown romance when he plunged head forward into the culinary world. And suffice to say, there’s been no looking back since. Through his decade long repertoire he’s shown that a serious chef can pull off an affordable and brilliant menu without pandering.
Dhillon describes his food as being, “unpretentiously soulful” and enjoys working with fresh, classic and rustic Fraser Valley ingredients. While proud of his Indian cooking heritage, he’s on a mission to prove that the Indian spice cabinet can perform a lot more tricks than just the curry.
Soulful Kitchen is his up and coming catering business serving clients all across the lower mainland. “The goal is to present a soulful, elegant and authentic experience through our food and service”. Dhillon is excited to be his own boss, and considers Soulful Kitchen to be the culmination of a life-long dream.
