The CCI Group celebrated its annual Christmas Party at the Bombay Banquet Hall in Surrey, BC, on November 16, 2024. Like every year, the Christmas party brought all members of the CCI family together. 2024 has been a significant year for the CCI Group.
The group is more prominent than ever before. This year, it also saw the successful delivery of multiple high-profile projects, especially in Metro Vancouver. Furthermore, the group’s development arm, Allure Ventures, is just days away from completing one of the tallest residential towers in Surrey, BC: The Grand on King George. Several dignitaries attended the party this year, including the federal leader of the opposition, the Honourable Pierre Poilievre; the leader of the opposition in the Legislative Assembly of BC, John Rustad; and the mayor of Surrey, her Worship Brenda Locke.
During the event, the CEO of CCI Group, Allure Ventures, and Skye Hospitality, Mr. Garry Sangha, highlighted the challenges faced in the past year, discussed how the group managed to overcome them, and provided a glimpse of an exciting future filled with opportunities and growth. The COO of CCI Group, Mr. Kuldeep Chohan, also addressed the gathered guests. He stated that despite the unprecedented growth seen in the past year, which has made CCI Group one of Canada’s most prestigious construction brands, the group will continue to operate as one large family, maintaining its trust in the same tried-and-true values.
As in previous years, the CCI Christmas party provided an opportunity for the group to demonstrate its support for various charitable causes, particularly mental health initiatives. The group’s president, Mr. Ajit Sangha, distributed cheques to representatives from organizations including Langley Memorial Hospital, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, ICBA, and Surrey Memorial Hospital.
