Jolene Watsyk is a Regional Director at Pattison Food Group with 27 years of experience in the grocery industry, 19 years in progressive leadership roles, overseeing 15 Save-On-Foods stores across BC’s Lower Mainland, serving as Store Manager for one of the company’s top 10 stores in Western Canada. She develops strong teams, mentors future leaders, and creates opportunities for others to grow. A recipient of the 2023 Canadian Grocer Star Women in Grocery award, she was featured as a retail leader in Grocery Business Magazine in 2024. Jolene is currently completing her Executive MBA with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence Leadership.
