Vancouver, BC – Make‑A‑Wish® Canada is pleased to share details of the third annual Wishes on the Roof, presented by Capital Direct I Income Trust, taking place at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on February 12.
Guests will enjoy curated food and beverage offerings, live entertainment from Marie Hui, and opportunities to learn more about Make‑A‑Wish Canada’s work in British Columbia and Yukon. A highlight of the evening will be a surprise wish reveal, when a local wish child learns that their heartfelt wish is being granted, creating a powerful and emotional moment demonstrating the life‑changing power of a wish.
An invite‑only fundraising event, Wishes on the Roof, brings together local business and community leaders for an intimate evening in support of children with critical illnesses. Hosted on the 15th floor of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, the event offers a private and meaningful setting for connection, reflection, and impact.

Wishes on the Roof is more than an evening out. It is a call to action. With more than 3,700 children across Canada, including nearly 500 in B.C. and Yukon, currently waiting for their wish, proceeds from the event will help give more children facing critical illness the chance to reclaim a piece of their childhood because wishes are medicine.
