Having learnt the basics of Indian cookery from a young age, Anjali works with spice and flavours from across the globe. Not only is she the next generation of a family that brought Indian cuisine into households around the world (Patak’s), she has also launched a fabulous cookbook Secrets from my Indian Family available in International editions.

Anjali is a celebrated chef, food writer and cookery teacher and has been shortlisted for a number of  awards for her work with Indian food and International flavours. With qualifications from the prestigious Leiths School of Food & Wine, Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and a diploma in Nutrition, Anjali continues to go from strength to strength, regularly appearing on television across the world and has worked as a cookery teacher for the well famed Jamie Oliver.

Anjali appears in leading international food and lifestyle media and her cookery masterclasses are always a sell out. She founded Flavour Diaries, an immersive dining concept that began in Mumbai. Flavour Diaries was the first hands-on luxury food events space in India with cookery masterclasses in International cuisine and chefs table experiences. Anjali has now taken Flavour Diaries overseas and continues to be an influential food entrepreneur and pioneer for food education.
